You can move forward in the test, mark a question for answering later, or review a previous question. Usually each question has one correct answer. There could be some that have multiple correct answers. When such a case exists, a message at the bottom of the screen asks you to choose "All that apply". The examination is broken into two distinct parts - Knowledge of Networking Technology and Knowledge of Networking Practices. There are 65 questions that you have to answer in 90 minutes. I. Knowledge of Networking and technology (77%): Basic Knowledge 18%
II. Knowledge of Networking Practices (23%): Implementing the
Installation of the Network 6% After the Test You will receive a final score right at the testing center. You can view the results immediately after finishing the exam - the results show up on the screen. In addition to this, a printed copy of the score report is provided by the testing center. The results will show whether you passed or failed, and also how you did on each section of the exam and in each area of technology. If you have passed the examination a certificate will be mailed to your address within a few weeks. Did you know...
